YPY is the solo project of Koshiro Hino, an Osaka musician, launched in 2014; he is also a member of the bands goat and bonanzas. His output runs from dancefloor techno and house to headier, noisier pieces, with percussion at the centre throughout. He runs the cassette label Birdfriend and the label NAKID.
