Mr Scruff
Andrew Carthy, known as Mr. Scruff, is an English DJ and producer born in 1972 in Macclesfield and based near Manchester. He has been DJing since 1994 and signed to Ninja Tune in 1998, releasing Keep It Unreal and Trouser Jazz there. He is known for marathon sets often running past six hours and for the hand-drawn animations projected during his shows.
