Moodymann
Moodymann is the stage name of Kenny Dixon Jr., an American musician based in Detroit. His house and techno are built on loops lifted from soul, funk and disco records and reworked. He started his label KDJ Records in 1994 with the EP Moody Trax, released his debut album Silentintroduction in 1997 on Planet E Communications, and also runs Mahogani Music. He is a member of the trio 3 Chairs.
