Hüma Utku
A composer and sound artist born and raised in Istanbul and based in Berlin, Hüma Utku combines industrial electronics, techno and field recordings with traditional Middle Eastern instruments. She released "Şeb-i Yelda" in 2018 under the name R.A.N. on Karlrecords, followed by her debut album Gnosis in 2019 on the same label and The Psychologist on Editions Mego in 2022. Selected by the SHAPE platform in 2021, she has performed at Berlin Atonal and CTM Festival.
