Cassius were a French house duo formed in Paris by Philippe Zdar and Hubert Blanc-Francard, aka Boom Bass. Associated with the late-1990s French touch movement, they released on Virgin, Ed Banger and Because Music. The duo ended in 2019 with the death of Philippe Zdar.
