Carista
Carista, born Carista Eendragt, is a Dutch DJ, producer and curator from Utrecht, born to Surinamese parents. Her sets move between Italo house, broken beat, garage and techno, rooted in hip-hop and soul funk. In 2017 she founded United Identities, at once a label, a club night and a monthly NTS Radio show dedicated to Netherlands-based artists. A resident at Red Light Radio and then De School, she delivered a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix in February 2020 and won the Gieskes-Strijbis Podiumprijs in 2021.
