Ultra's European edition, in Split's stadium on the Adriatic: three days of huge headliners.
Ultra Europe took place from Friday 10 to Sunday 12 July 2026 at Park Mladeži, Split, Croatia, across 3 days. 24 names are on the bill, led by John Summit. It is one of 10 EDM and Techno dates we list in Croatia over the coming months.

Three July nights in a Split stadium, from 8 pm to 5 am: since 2013, Ultra Europe has brought the Miami-born festival to the Dalmatian coast, then carried the party on to the islands.
Ultra Europe is the European extension of Ultra Music Festival, Miami's electronic gathering. The first edition took place in 2013 at Poljud stadium in Split, where the festival would stay for six years. It is organised in Croatia by Joe Bašić and his company, MPG Live, which now describes it as the second-largest event of the Ultra brand worldwide.
After six editions at Poljud, the festival moved stadiums in 2019 to Park Mladeži, a larger site that "will allow the festival to develop", according to Joe Bašić, in a decision taken with the City of Split. That year the Mainstage stood 18 metres high and 80 wide. After two summers without a festival, the 2026 edition was the twelfth in Split.
Ultra Europe is a night festival: the stages run from 8 pm to 5 am, whereas Ultra Miami stops at midnight. Joe Bašić puts it down to the July heat, which climbs to 40°C and would make a daytime festival dangerous. Four stages share the stadium, the Mainstage, RESISTANCE for techno, UMF Radio and Oasis, and the Destination Ultra week then takes the crowd on to Brač, Hvar and Vis.
In 2026, from 10 to 12 July, the organisers expected more than 150,000 visitors from over 140 countries and billed it as the biggest edition in the festival's history. Calvin Harris played it for the first time, through Saturday night's thunderstorm. With the contract with the City coming to an end, a return to Poljud has been mentioned, but the 2027 edition is announced at Park Mladeži, from 9 to 11 July.

The heart of the festival since 2019: the pitch, lined with stands, fills up in front of the Mainstage. With a Fan Pit ticket, a reserved area right in front of the stage.

The stadium sits right in town, between apartment blocks and the bay of Split. During festival week the organisers also run an information point on the Riva (Zapadna obala), in the centre.
The Mainstage mixes big room, EDM and progressive (Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Afrojack) with the house and tech house of recent headliners (Fisher, John Summit, Dom Dolla), with room for bass music, Subtronics, Ray Volpe and Sullivan King in 2026. RESISTANCE covers techno and hard techno, UMF Radio and Oasis the rising names.
In 2026 seven artists a night played the Mainstage: John Summit, DJ Snake and Afrojack on Friday, Calvin Harris, Hardwell and Dom Dolla on Saturday, Fisher, Martin Garrix and Armin van Buuren on Sunday. The 2027 names have not been announced yet.
