

Paul Roger Elstak, known as DJ Paul Elstak, is a Dutch DJ, producer and label owner born in The Hague in 1966. In 1992 he founded Rotterdam Records, the first hardcore label in the Netherlands, then Offensive Records in 2001. His 1995–96 happy hardcore hits "Luv U More" and "Rainbow in the Sky" reached number 2 and number 3 in the Dutch Top 40. He co-produced "Europapa", the Netherlands' 2024 Eurovision entry, and received the Gouden Harp award in 2023.
