Conrad Hoyer, born in 1981 in Arnhem, has been making hardcore and darkcore in the Netherlands since 1998. Long signed to Enzyme Records, he set up the Meta4 and Meta0 sub-labels, the latter under his Meander alias. His albums Blackbox (2003), the double Betrayed By Daylight (2005) and Call Of The Void (2021) explore slower tempos and industrial textures.
