Yung Singh
Yung Singh is a British DJ from the UK's Punjabi-Sikh community and a member of the Daytimers collective. His 2020 "Punjabi Garage" mix brought a forgotten strand of British club culture back into focus; he went on to co-produce the documentary "The Birth of Punjabi Garage" with Ministry of Sound. His sets blend UK garage, house, jungle and Punjabi music. DJ Mag named him Breakthrough DJ of the Year in 2021 and he took up a BBC Radio 1 residency in 2023.
