Shygirl is the stage name of Blane Muise, a British singer, rapper and DJ born in London in 1993 and co-founder of the Nuxxe label and collective. Her music mixes dance, hip-hop, experimental pop, grime and deconstructed club. Her debut album "Nymph" came out in 2022; the "Club Shy" EP, released in 2024 on Because Music, reworks dance hits from the 1990s and 2000s and gave its name to a series of club nights.
