Bou is the stage name of Mohamed Amine Bouguenna, an Algerian-British musician based in Manchester. He arrived as a child in France and then England, played his first set in 2014 at seventeen and released his first single, "Movements" with Dutta, on Clawhammer Recordz in 2015. His drum and bass took him into the UK Top 40 with "Closer", featuring Slay, then to No. 5 with "Baddadan", made with Chase & Status in 2023.
